Polityka prywatności — Passa
Passa to tracker nawyków bez konta. Ta polityka opisuje, jakie dane przetwarzamy i po co. W skrócie: dane Twoich rytuałów zostają na Twoim telefonie, a jedyne dane, które opuszczają urządzenie, to anonimowa telemetria (raporty awarii i statystyki użycia) służąca wyłącznie do naprawiania błędów i ulepszania aplikacji.
Kto jest administratorem
Administratorem danych jest mgsoft (Mateusz Grabarski), twórca aplikacji Passa. Kontakt: grabarski.soft@gmail.com.
Dane, które zostają na urządzeniu (nie zbieramy ich)
- Twoje rytuały, odhaczenia, notatki, nastroje, przerwy i statystyki — przechowywane lokalnie na telefonie. Nie wysyłamy ich na żaden serwer, nie mamy do nich dostępu i nie wymagamy konta.
- Eksport danych (JSON/CSV) inicjujesz sam; plik trafia tam, gdzie go zapiszesz — my go nie widzimy.
Dane, które zbieramy (telemetria — zawsze włączona)
Aby diagnozować awarie i rozumieć, jak aplikacja jest używana, zbieramy anonimową telemetrię przez usługi Google Firebase. Zbieranie jest domyślnie aktywne. Nie zbieramy imienia, e-maila, kontaktów, lokalizacji ani treści Twoich rytuałów/notatek.
Firebase Crashlytics (raporty awarii)
- Ślady stosu i informacje o awarii, model urządzenia, wersja systemu i aplikacji, anonimowy identyfikator instalacji. Cel: naprawa błędów i stabilność.
Google Analytics for Firebase (statystyki użycia)
- Anonimowe zdarzenia produktowe (np. ukończenie onboardingu, utworzenie/odhaczenie rytuału, wyświetlenie ekranu zakupu), zdarzenia automatyczne (wyświetlenia ekranów, sesje) oraz ogólne dane o urządzeniu/kraju. Cel: zrozumienie i ulepszanie ścieżek w aplikacji. Bez treści rytuałów, bez nastrojów, bez danych osobowych.
Płatności
Zakupy (subskrypcje / dostęp dożywotni) obsługuje Google Play Billing. Dane płatności przetwarza Google — my nie otrzymujemy ani nie przechowujemy numerów kart.
Odbiorcy i transfer poza EOG
Dostawcą telemetrii jest Google (Firebase). Dane mogą być przetwarzane na serwerach Google, w tym poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (m.in. USA), na podstawie umowy powierzenia przetwarzania (DPA) i standardowych klauzul umownych Google. Nie sprzedajemy danych, nie wyświetlamy reklam i nie używamy AI.
Okres przechowywania
- Crashlytics: dane awarii przechowywane zgodnie z domyślnymi ustawieniami Firebase (ok. 90 dni).
- Analytics: dane zdarzeń do 14 miesięcy (domyślnie Firebase).
- Dane na urządzeniu: do czasu ich usunięcia przez Ciebie lub odinstalowania aplikacji.
Twoje prawa (RODO)
Masz prawo do dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia i ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa UODO. Ponieważ telemetria jest anonimowa i nie prowadzimy konta, nie jesteśmy w stanie powiązać jej z konkretną osobą; dane rytuałów usuwasz sam w aplikacji lub odinstalowując ją. Dzieci
Aplikacja nie jest kierowana do dzieci poniżej 13. roku życia i świadomie nie zbiera ich danych.

Zaktualizowaną wersję opublikujemy pod tym adresem ze zmienioną datą u góry.
Privacy Policy — Passa
Passa is a habit tracker with no account. This policy explains what data we process and why. In short: your ritual data stays on your phone, and the only data that leaves your device is anonymous telemetry (crash reports and usage analytics) used solely to fix bugs and improve the app.
Who is responsible
The data controller is mgsoft (Mateusz Grabarski), maker of Passa. Contact: grabarski.soft@gmail.com.
Data that stays on your device (we don't collect it)
- Your rituals, check-offs, notes, moods, breaks and statistics are stored locally on your phone. We do not upload them to any server, we cannot access them, and no account is required.
- Data export (JSON/CSV) is initiated by you; the file goes wherever you save it — we never see it.
Data we collect (telemetry — always on)
To diagnose crashes and understand how the app is used, we collect anonymous telemetry via Google Firebase. Collection is on by default. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or the content of your rituals/notes.
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports)
- Stack traces and crash details, device model, OS and app version, an anonymous install identifier. Purpose: fixing bugs and stability.
Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics)
- Anonymous product events (e.g. onboarding completed, ritual created/completed, paywall shown), automatic events (screen views, sessions) and coarse device/country data. Purpose: understanding and improving in-app flows. No ritual content, no moods, no personal data.
Payments
Purchases (subscriptions / lifetime access) are handled by Google Play Billing. Payment data is processed by Google — we never receive or store card numbers.
Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Our telemetry provider is Google (Firebase). Data may be processed on Google servers, including outside the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA), under Google's Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell data, show ads, or use AI.
Retention
- Crashlytics: crash data retained per Firebase defaults (~90 days).
- Analytics: event data up to 14 months (Firebase default).
- On-device data: until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Because the telemetry is anonymous and we run no account, we cannot link it to an individual; you delete your ritual data yourself in the app or by uninstalling. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
